Should homeless individuals, that have refused available shelter or housing, be allowed to sleep or encamp on public property?
If you were in a situation where you lost your home, what kind of support would you hope to receive from the community?
I would only hope for help in receiving food supplies and temporary shelter until I could get my life back together.
