Strong leadership requires stability, and forcing a change every decade weakens the country. If a leader is doing well and has the people's support, why should they be pushed out? This kind of reform is just another way for the opposition to disrupt governance and gain power. Malaysia needs firm, consistent leadership, not constant turnover that creates uncertainty. Good governance comes from strong authority, not arbitrary term limits.
