The Malaysian National Trust Party, known in Malay as Parti Amanah Negara (AMANAH), is a progressive Islamic political party in Malaysia. It was established on 16 September 2015, emerging from a splinter group within the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS), which is one of the country's oldest and most influential Islamic parties. The formation of AMANAH was largely in response to disagreements within PAS over its direction and management, particularly concerning its cooperation with other opposition parties in Malaysia.
